We will do our best to ensure that all materials are given to you in excellent condition. Please note: Our paint is poured to order and shipped in air-tight containers, best used within 30 days. Once opened, paint should be used immediately. Those who are picking up kits from our Northfield Studio, should order their kits within 1-2 days of painting time. If you find anything is amiss, please let us know right away and we'll make it right. Returns and refunds are not available.
