PRIVATE PARTY

Monday–Friday (Daytime)

  • $400 for up to 10 painters (10-person minimum)

  • +$35 for each additional painter

  • Start times: Mon–Tues: 10:30am, 2:30pm, or 5:30pm
    Wed–Fri: 10:30am or 2:30pm

  • $200 studio closure fee for fewer than 20 guests

  • +17% artist gratuity

Midweek Evenings & Sundays

  • $480 for up to 12 painters (12-person minimum)

  • +$35 for each additional painter

  • Start times: Wed–Thurs: 6:30pm | Sunday: 10:30am or 2:30pm

  • $200 studio closure fee (waived for 20+ artists)

  • +17% artist gratuity

Weekend Nights & Saturday Afternoons

  • $450 for up to 10 painters (15-person minimum)

  • +$40 for each additional painter

  • Start times: Fri: 6:30pm | Sat: 2:30pm or 6:30pm

  • $400 studio closure fee (waived for 30+ artists)

  • +17% artist gratuity

Whimsy Studios

🎨 Host a Private Party at Whimsy Studios!

Looking for the perfect place to celebrate? Whether it’s a birthday, girls’ night, team outing, or just because — Make it Whimsy!

Enjoy the studio all to yourself with a private painting party that’s fun, easy, and totally customizable.

  • Exclusive studio space (closed to the public during your event)

  • Your choice of painting

  • Step-by-step instruction from a professional artist

  • All supplies to create your 12x16 masterpiece

  • Games, drink specials, and a custom playlist

  • Full setup and cleanup handled by our team


Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes before class time to grab drinks and get settled. Painting sessions last about 2–2.5 hours, depending on your chosen artwork.

Please note: Classes begin promptly to respect other scheduled events.

🎨 We Bring the Party to You!

Let Whimsy come to you with Whimsy on the Gogh, our mobile painting party experience. We’ll bring everything you need to host an unforgettable event — you just provide the space, tables, chairs, and guests!

(Please note: Whimsy on the Gogh services are not available for private residences.)

🖌️ What’s Included

We’ll handle all setup and cleanup, plus bring all supplies — canvases, paints, easels, brushes, aprons, and floor/table coverings. You bring the people; we bring the fun!

bOOKING DETAILS

  • 15-painter minimum required

  • $300 deposit due at booking (50% deposit for parties over 30 painters)

  • Complete our Plan Your Party form at least two weeks in advance so we can check availability, secure artists, and customize your event.

  • +17% gratuity for the artist

  • Travel fees may apply for events more than 20 miles from the studio (provide your address in the form for an estimate).

PRICING

$675 for the first 15 painters

  • $40 for each additional painter

Available Hours

2.5-hour party blocks, with flexible start times:

  • Monday–Thursday: 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm

  • Sunday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Due to high in-studio demand, mobile parties are only available Sunday–Thursday.
